Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from multiple warehouses around the world. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will ship the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order it will take 7-18 business days (depending on the shipping method you wish to use) for delivery within Europe and 10-16 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our website are covered by taxes. Which means you won't have to worry about it. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
