Refund policy

Return Policy


Our policy lasts 15 business days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

General return


The return of an article or several can be done within a period of 15 business days. Please note that we can replace or refund (more information below). If you need more information, call us or write to us to provide you with the information.

After accepting the return of your product, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item you returned to our warehouse within 24 hours. We also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Remember that all those items that have been used, damaged or defective will not be refundable or replaced.

If the return is approved, you can opt for a prompt refund or a custom replacement.
The refund is made to the original form of payment. They usually take 2-6 business days.
Custom replacement consists of choosing any product from our store. The price must be equal to or less than the other.



Changes


We change defective, damaged items, with a different size or color
and also all those products with small or large sizes for the same product.
To proceed with a change, all those products with small or large sizes must be sent to our warehouse and also those products that you want to change. For the rest of the items (defective, damaged, with a different size or color) you do not need to send anything. We will send you new ones for free.

Always keep in mind that replacements are made only once with each return. Unfortunately if you exchange it for a product that is smaller or larger we will not refund/replace.


National return


The national return is made only in Spain. The shipping costs for the return of your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
The package must be sent together with the return sheet to our small warehouse, located in Navarra. Contact us to send you the complete address and return form.


International return


The international return corresponds to all the countries of the world (France, Germany, Portugal, England, United States...). All international purchases take advantage of a free return. Shipping costs are refundable.
The package must be sent together with the return form and the receipt of the shipping costs to the same warehouse in Spain. When the package arrives, we will refund the entire order + shipping costs.


Customer address


The customer's address is the most important information for the package to reach its destination. We are very attentive to shipping addresses, but always keep in mind that we are not responsible for your own address. FanBlu does not want to have any inconvenience with customers due to shipments.

If it is an incorrect or misspelled address, we will contact you as quickly as possible to solve the problem. We should have notification from you in 1-2 business days. We automatically refund and cancel the order if we do not have the necessary information.

However, you are responsible for that address. If the package does not reach its destination due to a wrong address, unfortunately, the costs of resending the package will be borne by you.


Late or missing refunds


If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.
