Right of return of 15 days!

You can return one or more items up to 15 days after the delivery date of your order. The articles must be in perfect condition and keep all the labels.

National returns have a shipping cost that is not refundable if it does not exceed €90

To send your package to our warehouse, the shipping cost is on your account if the package does not exceed the amount of €90. When the package arrives we will refund the entire order .

You can opt for a quick refund , returning the money to the original form of payment or for a personalized change , choosing any other product from our online store.

International returns take advantage of a free return for orders +€140

International purchases have a benefit for the customer, a free return wherever you are exceeding the amount of €140. It is clear that the package must be in its original package without the need for the return sheet.

When your package arrives at our warehouse in Spain, we will refund the entire order.

Proceed to a return

To return the package you have the option of sending it directly to our warehouse without prior notice by filling out the return form ( contact us to send the form by Gmail or Whatsapp ). Now prepare the package and deliver it to the cheapest courier. The name, the order number and the reason for which you proceeded to a return (the return sheet) must be mentioned inside the package. Once it reaches us, we will let you know.

It can take between 3-7 business days from when you deliver the package to the carrier until we receive it and process your return. Depending on the payment method selected during checkout, the refund may take between 1-3 business days to process.
