Could my order be delayed?
This is the golden question that many people ask when they see or hear "lag".
We don't want to scare you. Our suppliers are in different parts of the world, but most of them are currently in Asia, which means that some orders could be delayed up to two weeks.
We are talking about the Chinese Spring Festival , also known as Chinese New Year, which is supposedly the most anticipated holiday in China, with 7 continuous days of long holidays. This great party will start from January 31st to February 6th .
The global warehouse , including the China warehouse, will still work during the Spring Festival holidays, but the shipping speed will be slower than usual. In this case, we recommend that you buy some winning products that are in stock.
Buyers of orders placed on that date will be notified via Gmail or via Whatsapp of the possible delay that the package may have.
