New refund/return policies
We want to improve our services so that our customers are satisfied with us and for that we have decided to change the refund and returns policy.
These updates are effective as of April 5, 2022 .
- 1️⃣ From April 5, 2022 the return policy of our store will last 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Why have we reduced the policy?
After several months, we decided to change that because it doesn't take as many days to return a product.
- 2️⃣ Anyone who wants to return their product can do so ✔️
- 3️⃣We replace defective or damaged items, with a different size or color and also all those products with small or large sizes
- 4️⃣We exchange, we do not refund✔️
With this update we replace the items with other or older ones but we do not refund them
- 5️⃣ The replacement will be of the previous product or any product related to it (that's up to you). The price must be equal to or less than the other
What does that mean?
It means that you can choose if you want the same product or if you want any other product similar to the previous one. The replacement of your product is up to you.
- 6️⃣The shipping costs to our warehouse are at your own expense. They are not refundable . If you receive a refund , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund .
It is important that you have consider the return policy when you place an order✔️
